For baking, we bring you these maple crumbles. Larger chunks of maple sugar are excellent for toppings and are a lovely addition to your usual crumb topping mix. They're great on muffins and breads. We recommend trying them sprinkled on cookies just before baking. They give a nice, true maple flavor that is hard to maintain otherwise. Additionally, we think you'll like them on ice cream, or added to yogurt, with or without granola. For a more gluttonous treat, try them on donuts paired with bacon bits and a nice glaze. Once again, they are 100% pure maple.
