Located in the beautiful hills of Boston, New York, and surrounded by maple trees, Kist Maple Syrup is a meticulous producer of top notch maple products with unbeatable flavor and impeccable quality. The maple production began here in 2001, with a sugar house built from the ground up. 2000 trees are tapped annually to bring you high quality syrup that is the best NY has to offer. Despite the frigid wind up on the hilltop, our trees produce consistently and there is never a dull moment or a day with nothing to do come sugar season. You will find steam billowing out of the sugarhouse as the wood fired evaporator turns sap into syrup, blending old school methodology and today's technology to get outstanding results year after year.
