One of the gifts that we get as summer ends are beautiful, ripe peaches. They seem to help usher in the fall with a sweet, delictable kiss. In an effort to preserve the last days of sun and warm, we've chosen to use fresh peaches to make a jam with notes of the pending autumn. By adding maple syrup, bourbon, and a touch of spice, we have created the perfect blend of two seasons. This is a limited edition jam, as it is made of whole peaches, peeled and chopped by hand. Full of texture and flavor, use it to top crackers, with cheese on your charcuterie, in your oatmeal or on your biscuits. Use it as you would any jam, and savor the last, lovely days of summer.
