KIST MAPLE SYRUP

We are looking forward to seeing you all for Maple Weekend! Join us on March 22nd and 23rd, March 29th and 30th at the farm. We'll be welcoming guests from 10am to 4pm to enjoy maple treats, stock up on products and learn a little about the process of making syrup. Stop out, bring the family, wear warm clothes and boots!

OUR STORY

Located in the beautiful hills of Boston, New York, and surrounded by maple trees, Kist Maple Syrup is a meticulous producer of top notch maple products with unbeatable flavor and impeccable quality. The maple production began here in 2001, with a sugar house built from the ground up. 2000 trees are tapped annually to bring you high quality syrup that is the best NY has to offer. Despite the frigid wind up on the hilltop, our trees produce consistently and there is never a dull moment or a day with nothing to do come sugar season. You will find steam billowing out of the sugarhouse as the wood fired evaporator turns sap into syrup, blending old school methodology and today's technology to get outstanding results year after year. Come taste the magic in the maple!
